The project's completion in March 2024 and ready-to-move status were key factofor us, as we didn't want any hassle. The 24X7 water supply and 24x7 security are essential conveniences. Having Max Super Speciality Hospital nearby at nearby provides a sense of security. While the price range goes up to 3.0 Cr, we found a unit that suited our retirement budget. The main concern is the limited parking; the closed car parking spaces seem a bit tight for larger vehicles.
