It's great that the project is ready to move, so we could shift in soon. The location is good, close to Paldi Road and Jamalpur Road. The developer, S M Infracon, has included features like granite kitchen platforms and Otis elevatoHaving a solar system for the common meter is also a nice touch for energy saving. The price is around 1.1 Crore for the 3 BHK, which fits our budget for an upgrade. The two Otis elevatoshould help reduce waiting times.
