    We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in Nagpur and considered Sundehilp Uttara Galaxy. The 2 BHK configurations have carpet areas of 463 sq.ft and 527 sq.ft. The higher end is priced at 29.64 Lakh. The developer, Sundehilp BuildeAnd Develope, has apparently finished this project. The proximity to SHALINITAI MEGHE HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTER WANADONGRI is very convenient, just a 2-minute drive. However, I could not find any information on the Occupancy Certificate, which is a concern for financial planning. Also, the main road access requires passing through some narrower lanes. The price is competitive, but the OC status needs clarity before making a final decision.
