    We chose Sun Springs primarily because of its proximity to Delhi Public School Bengaluru South, which is practically next door. Having the Peripheral Ring Road and NH 209 so close is also convenient for weekend getaways. The 2 BHK flat we looked at was around 1030 square feet, which felt a bit compact for our growing kids. The children's play area is decent, but could be larger. The landscaping is nice though, and the overall feel of the community is quite pleasant. We are considering the 3 BHK for more space, as they start from 1530 square feet. The price range is also quite competitive for the area.

The developer, Sun Shade Develope, has a reputation for timely delivery, and this project was completed in 2014.
