The price range of 43.87 Lakh to 57.76 Lakh is competitive for this city. The proximity to the Peripheral Ring Road is excellent for commuting. We really liked the amenities like the sports area, cycling track, and the swimming pool. The developer, HSV Infrastructure Private Limited, has a completed project here. Our main concern is the parking situation; it looks a bit cramped, especially if we have guests. We hope they have some solution for it. Overall, the project looks promising for a young couple.

I got a 2 BHK flat, around 1250 Sq.ft built-up area. The budget was within my reach, starting from 43.87 Lakh. The location in Kumaraswamy Layout 2nd Stage is okay, close to Delhi Public School Bengaluru South which is good for future needs. They have a children's play area and a swimming pool which my family will enjoy. The only downside is that the OC received status is not available, which makes me a bit nervous.
