  From a financial pepective, Sun Satya Surya Complex seemed like a reasonable purchase. It's a ready to move property, completed in 2007, which means the initial depreciation phase is over. The Ghatlodiya area is developing, and proximity to Chanakyapuri is a plus. I checked the construction quality and it appeasolid. My main concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. Getting to the property sometimes requires navigating through some narrow lanes. However, the apartment itself is functional. Sun Buildeis a known name, though not the top tier. For the price point, it offedecent value, especially considering it's in Ahmedabad.

  I purchased a flat in Sun Satya Surya Complex as it is a ready to move property and Sun Buildeis a known developer in Ahmedabad. The location in Ghatlodiya, near Chanakyapuri, is quite accessible. Having Udgam School For Children and Marengo CIMS Hospital nearby is very convenient. The building was completed in 2007, so it is an older construction. The apartment size is adequate for my family, and the layout is practical. However, I have noticed that the water pressure can be a bit low during peak usage hou, especially on higher flooThis is a common issue in older buildings. The common areas could also be better maintained. Despite these minor points, it serves our needs well.

  I bought a flat in Sun Satya Surya Complex for my parents who live in Ahmedabad. It is ready to move in, which was important so they could shift immediately after possession. The location in Ghatlodiya, near Chanakyapuri, is quite convenient for them as it's close to Udgam School For Children, where my niece studies, and also Marengo CIMS Hospital is nearby for any medical needs. Sun Buildedelivered this project back in 2007, and the structure still feels robust. The area around Ranna Park Bus Stop can get a little busy, but it's generally manageable. One thing I would have liked is better green spaces within the complex, as it feels a bit concrete-heavy. However, the apartments themselves are well-ventilated and spacious enough. Overall, it’s a comfortable living space.

  I was looking for something close to my workplace and found Sun Satya Surya Complex. The location in Ghatlodiya, near Chanakyapuri, is quite central. It is ready to move, so I could shift in right away. Udgam School For Children is nearby, which is good for future planning, and Marengo CIMS Hospital is also very close, which gives peace of mind. The building itself is older, completed in 2007, so there are a few signs of age, but overall it is okay. The apartment I got is decent size, though the kitchen could have been a bit larger. Parking can be a bit of a squeeze during busy times. Sun Buildehas been around for a while.

Sun Buildecompleted this project quite some time ago, back in 2007, and it is ready to move. This means rental demand is usually stable. The proximity to Ranna Park Bus Stop is also convenient for tenants who rely on public transport. While the area has good potential, the roads leading to the complex can get quite congested, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times for Udgam School For Children. Also, general maintenance of older buildings can be a concern, but this one seems to be holding up reasonably well. I'm expecting good appreciation.

It is a ready to move property, which saved me a lot of hassle. The hospital is just a short drive away, and Udgam School For Children is also in the vicinity, which is good to know. The construction by Sun Buildelooks sturdy enough for its age, as it was completed in 2007. The main drawback I've noticed is the noise from the nearby bus stop, Ranna Park Bus Stop, especially in the mornings and evenings. Also, some parts of the complex could use better upkeep. It’s not perfect, but the location is very convenient.
