We moved into Rashmi Green Iris a few months ago, looking for a family-friendly home. We bought a 3 BHK flat which has a super builtup area of 1629 square feet. The price was around 94 Lakhs. It's great that Nest Public School is nearby, making the morning school run much easier. The children's play area within the complex is also a big hit with my kids. The swimming pool is another good amenity. The only downside is that the traffic on the main road near Ghatlodiya can be quite heavy during peak hou, especially getting to Marengo CIMS Hospital which is a bit further away. Still, the convenience for school and the space make it worthwhile.

It's also conveniently located near the Vadaj Metro Station, nearby, making our commute easier. The price point for the space we got, around 90 Lakhs, seemed fair. The construction seems solid, and it’s a ready to move in property. The only minor issue we've noticed is that the car parking spots are a little tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But generally, we are happy with the space and location.
