The proximity to schools like United Public School Ahmedabad, nearby, was a major deciding factor. We also liked that it's a gated community with a children's play area and a swimming pool. The price of approximately 15.5 Lakhs was at the higher end of our budget, but the location and amenities justified it. The developer, Sun Buildcon, delivered this project back in 2015.
