I found the pricing to be quite competitive considering the built-up areas. The project is ready to move, which avoids the risk of delays and offeimmediate utility or rental income. The location in Muttada is accessible, though perhaps not the most prime area in Thiruvananthapuram. Having a gymnasium is a good amenity for residents. Sun Projects India seems to have a decent reputation for timely delivery in their past ventures. Overall, a sound property.

Finding a decent place in Thiruvananthapuram was a challenge, but Sun Neelakanta worked out. I got a 2 BHK which is 1100 square feet, perfect for me. It was ready to move which was a huge plus as I needed to settle in quickly. The price was about 58 Lakhs, which was manageable for my budget. The ISRO Bus Station being a short distance is incredibly convenient for my commute. The children's play area is nice, though I don't have kids myself, it adds to the atmosphere. Power backup is essential, and it’s good that they have it. The only slight issue is that the road access to the main street could be a bit better, sometimes it feels a little congested.
