I particularly liked the inclusion of a jogging track and a gymnasium, which are important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The project was completed in July 2014, so it is ready to move in. My only concern is the potential traffic noise given its proximity to the ISRO Bus Station, although the apartment itself seemed quiet during my visit.
