The project is under construction and expected to be delivered by December 2029. I opted for the 503 sq.ft carpet area for a bit more space. The inclusion of Rain water Harvesting and Water Conservation is a responsible approach by the developer. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance were key factoin my decision. I'm looking forward to the completion of internal roads and footpaths.
