My business requires me to travel frequently, so the accessibility from Vapi Bus Stop, a short distance, is a significant advantage. While the overall structure looks promising, the immediate vicinity lacks some commercial development, meaning we might need to travel a bit for certain shopping needs. However, the inclusion of essential amenities like 24x7 Water Supply and a Gymnasium is a plus. I am hopeful that the value of this property will increase by the time it is ready.
