I selected a unit with a built-up area of 500 square feet, which should be comfortable. The price for this unit was approximately 60 Lakh. My parents will appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the senior citizen sitting area. The project by Sumeru Projects is ready to move in, which is great as I want them to settle in soon. I also like that there is CCTV surveillance for added safety.

One thing I noticed is the traffic on Vikas Gruh Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, but for the price and potential return, I think it’s manageable.
