    We just moved into our new 3 BHK at Sumanth Sreshta Samasta. The builtup area is about 1450 sq.ft which feels quite spacious for us. It's really convenient having Nellai Nadar School right next door, and Prashanth Hospital is also at zero distance, which gives us peace of mind. The gated community aspect is nice, and the landscaping looks good. We got it for around 1.45 Crore. The only minor issue is traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houon Canal Road, but that’s expected in Thiruvanmiyur. Power backup is a relief for Chennai summeOverall, a decent place for young professionals.

    Finally bought my own home at Sumanth Sreshta Samasta. This 3 BHK flat has a builtup area of 1600 sq.ft, which is perfect. It is a gated community with power backup, which is essential. The price was 1.55 Crore, which is within my budget after a long time saving. I liked that it is Vastu compliant. The connectivity to OMR is good, nearby.     We were looking for a larger home and found this 3 BHK in Sumanth Sreshta Samasta. Our current rental is much smaller, so the 1383 sq.ft builtup area is a huge upgrade. We were happy to find a place that’s ready to move in. The location in Thiruvanmiyur is convenient, with the bus stop just nearby. Nellai Nadar School being so close is also great for families. We paid 1.42 Crore for our flat. The only downside is the parking seems a bit tight, especially if we have guests. The developer, Sumanth & CO, seems to have decent projects.
