We were looking for a modern apartment in Pune and found Sudhir Armaan. We really liked the 2 BHK flat, which has a carpet area of 1037 square feet. It’s spacious enough for us. The location in Konark Nagar, Viman Nagar, is quite central. The Lexicon International School being nearby is great for future planning. We also appreciated the Vastu compliant design. The price for our 2 BHK was around 90 Lakh, which was a bit higher than we initially planned, but the amenities like the swimming pool and video door security swayed us. The project is ready to move, which is perfect.

We finally bought our own home at Sudhir Armaan after yeaof renting. We chose a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 1037 square feet. The space is much better than our old rental place. Viman Nagar is a good locality with schools and hospitals nearby. The fact that it is ready to move meant we could shift quickly. The Sudhir Mandke Group seems reliable. Our only slight worry is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, which can be a bit much sometimes. Still, the 24x7 water supply and lifts are very convenient features for us.
