The price point of approximately 25.5 Lakhs fits well within my budget. The fact that it is ready to move in means no long waiting periods. The presence of a lift is important for daily living. Being in Manikonda, it's reasonably connected. I was concerned about the completion date being 2013, but the property still looks well-maintained. Power backup is a good feature to have.
