We opted for a 2 BHK with 606 sq.ft carpet area, and it’s quite functional. The building has essential services like a receiving station and electrical meter room, which are practical. Landscaping and tree planting give a nice touch to the common areas. The only downside we've noticed is the traffic congestion during peak houon the roads leading to Kharadi, which can make commutes longer than expected. However, the availability of open parking and closed car parking options is a definite plus for our household with multiple vehicles.

My only concern is the Khandve Nagar Bus Stop is nearby, which is a bit far if we need to rely on public transport frequently. But for daily school runs, it’s fine.
