    This is my very fit property purchase, and I decided on a 1 BHK at Sudahan Residency in Dhayari. The carpet area is 1200 sq.ft, which seems adequate for a single peon or a small family starting out. Nathaji is the developer behind this project. I am aware that the completion is expected around December 2028, so it is under construction. The location near Sinhagad Road is quite convenient, and it's not too far from essential places like Smt. Kashibai Navale Hospital. The inclusion of amenities like landscaping and tree planting is nice. My only real concern is the access road to the project itself; it seems a bit narrow and I worry about potential traffic jams during peak houwhen the whole area gets more populated. Overall, I am optimistic about this purchase.

The main concern for us is the distance to the nearest metro station, Nal Stop Metro is over 8 kilometeaway, which might be inconvenient sometimes. We also hope the promised amenities like water conservation and rainwater harvesting are implemented well. The price was within our reach.

The 2 BHK apartments are a decent size, starting from 1808 sq.ft carpet area, providing enough room for the family. Nathaji is the developer, and they are building this project in Dhayari. We like that they have included rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant, which shows some thought towards sustainability. The area is developing, but we are concerned about the dust and noise from the ongoing construction for the next few yea, as completion is set for December 2028.
