I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and security, which are essential. The solid waste management system is also well-implemented. The nearby National Highway-48 is convenient for travel. However, I found the traffic on Barangani Road during peak houto be quite heavy, which is something to consider. Overall, it's a decent property for the price.
