Being a gated community with a children's play area and swimming pool adds to the appeal, even if I don't have kids. My main concern is the traffic congestion in Marathahalli, especially during peak hou, which can make getting to places like Gopalan National School (nearby away) or the metro station (nearby away) a hassle. However, the availability of lifts and power backup is reassuring.
