Its proximity to the Proposed Regional Ring Road is a big plus for future travel. Also, it is a short distance from MRF and a short distance Pepsi Co, which is convenient for those working there. The road connectivity to Patancheru and Chandanagar is also quite good, making it accessible. I feel the prices are a bit steep for the current stage.
