We were considering a plot size around 200 Sq.yd. The price range of 26.4 L to 58.73 L seemed manageable. I liked that they have a children's play area and 24x7 security, which are essential for families. The availability of 24x7 water supply is also a big relief. The internal roads and footpaths look well-constructed. While the project is ready to move, the road leading to the site could be wider; it feels a bit narrow sometimes when there's traffic.
