We were looking to upgrade from our rental place and found Sterling Shribagh. We bought a 2 BHK apartment which is 850 square feet. The location in Malleswaram, Central Bangalore, is fantastic, very close to Srirampura Metro Station at nearby, making commutes easier. It's also very close to essential services. The price for this unit was around 73 Lakhs, which was within our reach after saving for a while. The apartment is ready to move in, which was a priority for us. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the provision of a lift. The building itself was completed in 1997, so it's an older construction. While it seems well-maintained, we are a bit worried about potential future repair costs and the overall modernization. The dust from surrounding areas can also be an issue sometimes. However, the convenience of the location and the manageable price point made us decide to buy here. We hope it’s a good long-term decision for our growing family.

The location is excellent, very central in Bengaluru, and it's great that Cloudnine Hospital is right next door. The building has amenities like a lift and 24x7 water supply, which are basic necessities. However, I did notice that the construction is quite old, dating back to 1997. While it looks okay, I wonder about the long-term durability and potential issues down the line. Also, the nearby metro station is about 1.5 kilometeaway, which is a bit of a walk. I am hoping this proves to be a good decision.

The building has lifts, which is important for them as they are getting older. My main concern, however, is the age of the property – it was completed in 1997. The location on 18th Cross Road is central and convenient, close to markets and essential services. The building is ready to move in and was completed back in 1997, so it has a mature feel to it. I appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the power backup, which are important for security and comfort. The price point, around 95 Lakhs for the larger unit, seemed reasonable for the area. My only concern is the parking. While there is car parking available, it can be a bit tight, especially for guests. The building's age means some fittings might need updating over time, but the core structure appeasound. It's a peaceful neighborhood overall.

However, the traffic on 18th Cross Road can get quite bad during peak hou, especially with the metro work nearby. The building itself is quite old, completed in 1997, so we are a little concerned about long-term maintenance, but it seems to be holding up okay for now. Overall, the proximity to school and the decent size of the flat make it a good choice for families.
