Being a single woman, the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and gated community aspects were very reassuring. The 2 BHK flats are 1125 Sq.ft built up, offering enough space. I'm also glad about the 24x7 water supply. It's conveniently located near the metro station which is nearby, making my commute to work easier. The price of 31.33 Lakh onwards was manageable for me. The project was completed in 1998 and is ready to move in, which was a big plus as I didn't want to wait. The building is quite old but seems well-maintained.
