We purchased a 3 BHK apartment which is 1965 sq.ft, providing enough room for our growing family. The developer, Sterling Homes Pvt. Ltd. Ltd. Ltd., has included good amenities like a volleyball court and a multipurpose room which the kids are already enjoying. The solar lighting throughout the community is a nice eco-friendly touch. My only concern is the traffic getting onto the main road during peak school drop-off and pick-up times. It can get quite congested.
