It is ready to move in, which was a huge relief as I didn't want to deal with construction delays. The location in Malleshwaram is fantastic, very central. The price was around 34 Lakhs, which I could afford with my savings and a small loan. I checked out the gymnasium and the community hall. The building itself is older, from 1998, so the finishes aren't brand new, but it’s clean and functional. Overall, a good start.
