Relocating to Ahmedabad for work at Marengo CIMS Hospital, which is about a 5 kilometer drive from Stavik Heights. The proximity to the hospital was a major factor in my decision. I purchased a 3 BHK flat which is 1667 square feet built up. The earthquake-resistant design was reassuring, given the region. Stavik Infracon Llp is promising a March 2026 completion, so I have some time. I'm looking forward to the solar water heating system. The only slight concern is that OC received status isn't available yet, but I'm hoping that will be sorted out soon. The price of 85 Lakh onwards fits my budget for a new place.
