As a government employee, I look for stability and good value, and Saral Aarambh offered that. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment which is quite spacious at 1800 sq.ft built-up. The project was completed in December 2021, and it’s ready to move in, which is perfect. The location in Bhadaj is developing nicely, and it's close to the SP Ring Road, making travel easier. The inclusion of a gymnasium and cycling track is good for staying active. The price point, around 90 Lakhs, felt reasonable for the amenities and space provided by Saral Infrastructure. The panoramic views are a nice bonus.

We were looking for a spacious home for our growing family and Saral Aarambh had the 3 BHK apartments we needed. The 1800 sq.ft built-up area gives us plenty of room to spread out. It's also great that it's ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait long after booking. The children's play area is a definite plus, keeping the kids entertained. We liked the landscaping too. My only slight worry is the commute to Anand Niketan Shilaj, which is about 3 kilometeaway. The price was also at the higher end of our budget, around 95 Lakhs, but the space made it worthwhile.
