It felt less intimidating than buying under construction. The location in Narendrapur is good, with easy access to EM Bypass. The complex has a gymnasium and a swimming pool which are great. The Vastu compliant aspect was important to me. My only hesitation is that the parking spaces seem a bit cramped. Otherwise, the experience has been smooth so far with Starlite Group.
