The project was completed in 2012 and is ready to move. We checked out the 3 BHK flats, which are quite large, over 1100 sq.ft. The price range of 39.32 Lakh to 49.52 Lakh is attractive. The developer, Starlite Group, has included good amenities like a swimming pool and a club house. Having power backup is essential for us. The proximity to EM Bypass is also a plus for connectivity.

However, the OC received status is not available, which is a point to consider for future resale value, though it is a resale property now.
