The flat sizes for both 3 BHK and 4 BHK are the same super built-up area of 2662 Sq.ft. The project completion is expected by June 2026. We were looking for a comfortable home in a good area, and Starlit in Koregaon Park seemed like a good fit. Opulent Developeis building a 32-story tower. We looked at the 3 BHK which is 2662 Sq.ft. The idea of a double-heighted recreational floor on the 21st floor is appealing for quiet afternoons. It's under construction until June 2026. The price is quite high, around 4.73 Cr for the larger units, but the location is excellent. My only concern is the traffic in Koregaon Park can be quite heavy, especially during peak hou, which might affect accessibility.
