We decided on a 3 BHK, which has a substantial built-up area of 1700 square feet, giving our children plenty of room to play. The location on Nagar Road, Koregaon Park is convenient for us, and it is not too far from The Lexicon International School where we work. Clover Realty & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Has equipped the complex with a children's play area and good landscaping. The price for our 3 BHK was upwards of 2 Crore, which was a stretch for our budget, but we felt it was a worthwhile investment for the long term given the area's growth. We did find the initial pricing a bit steep.

Clover Realty & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Included essential amenities like maintenance staff and power backup, which are crucial for me. The price was about 65 Lakhs. My only reservation is that the roads leading to the complex can get dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction nearby, but it's manageable. It feels secure with the 24/7 security.
