We bought a 3 BHK apartment, around 980 Sq.ft, for about 46 Lakh. The children's play area is a big hit with my kids. Having 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance provides peace of mind. The 2 BHK configurations are also available if one needs a smaller space. The area is generally well-connected, although sometimes traffic near Baguiati can be slow. The project is ready to move in, which is convenient.
