The built-up areas are clearly defined: 700 square feet for 2 BHK and 1080 square feet for 3 BHK. Being a ready-to-move property simplifies the entire transaction process. The availability of essential amenities like lifts, power backup, and 24x7 water supply are crucial for residents. I did notice that the internal roads leading to the project could be a bit wider, which might cause minor congestion during peak times. However, the overall infrastructure and the developer's track record are positive indicatofor a sound purchase.
