We were looking for a larger home and found Star Dazzle. The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious, ouis 1951 Sq.ft. It feels good to finally own our place after renting for so long. Star Properties seems to have done a decent job with the construction quality. The landscaping is nice and the children's play area is a good addition for future family additions. The price range for the 3 BHKs went up to 1.12 Crore, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the location on ECR, Muttukadu is promising. It's ready to move, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait.
