Buying a property for my parents in Kolkata from abroad was challenging. I settled on Star Abode by STAR ABASAN PRIVATE LTD D in Dum Dum Park because it is ready to move and close to Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals, which is important for my parents' well-being. The 2 BHK flat is 1000 Sq.ft built-up, and the price of 50.0 Lakh felt reasonable. The project was completed in 2003, so it is older, but the critical thing for me was immediate availability and proximity to healthcare. Aditya Academy Secondary is also very close, which is a bonus. I hope the maintenance is handled well, as I won't be there to oveee things directly. The metro is also accessible.
