As a single working woman, I needed a place that was convenient and safe. SSVR Freesia in K R Puram caught my eye because of its location. It's very close to the K R Puram Bus Depot, making my daily commute much easier. I opted for a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1565 square feet, which cost me 61.8 Lakh. The flat is ready to move in, which was a huge plus. The nearby Gopalan National School is also a good landmark. My main concern is the lack of information about amenities; there’s nothing listed which is a bit disappointing. Also, the construction appeaolder, having been completed in 2011. I hope the maintenance is up to par and there aren't unexpected issues. It feels like a functional place but not very modern.

It's located in K R Puram, which is reasonably well-connected. The nearest bus depot is a short distance, which is quite convenient for my partner's commute. We visited the site last week and the construction looks quite old, it was completed back in 2011. We are a bit concerned about the maintenance given its age. I acquired a 3 BHK unit in SSVR Freesia, K R Puram, back in 2015 as an investment. The initial price was around 61.8 Lakh for the 1565 square feet space. My strategy was to capitalize on the developing area and rental demand. The project was completed in 2011, so it's an older construction. While K R Puram is a growing locality, the lack of information on specific amenities and the absence of OC details from the developer, SSVR Builde, make it a bit of a gamble for future appreciation. Rental yields have been steady, but I haven't seen significant capital appreciation yet. The proximity to the bus depot is a plus for tenants. It’s a decent buy for the price but not spectacular.

Finding a home close to good schools was our top priority, and SSVR Freesia in K R Puram is right next to Gopalan National School, which is amazing. It’s also very close to Rainbow Children's Hospitals, giving us peace of mind. We purchased a 3 BHK flat which has a built-up area of 1565 square feet. The price started at 61.8 Lakh. Since it was ready to move in, we could see the actual flat and the space. The location is generally good, but the traffic on the main road can get really bad during peak houIt takes us longer than expected to get anywhere. Also, amenities like a gym or pool are not listed, which is a shame. But for the proximity to the school and hospital, it was a trade-off we decided to make for our children.
