It’s a gated community, which provides a sense of security. The internal roads and footpaths are already laid out, which is good. I appreciate the emphasis on water conservation and the rain water harvesting system. The 24x7 water supply is also a major plus point for daily living. While the area is developing, connectivity to the main parts of Kanchipuram is reasonable. Planning to build my retirement home here soon.
