We were looking for a plot in Kanchipuram and found Kuberan Nagar. The main reason we liked it was the gated community aspect and the 24x7 security which gives us peace of mind. Also, the 24x7 water supply is a big plus for us. Thiru D Ramesh seems to have put good thought into the basic infrastructure. The location is quite convenient, with SVM School a short distance and Sri Ne Medical Foundation a short distance the entrance. We are planning to build our dream home here soon. The landscaping and tree planting around the common areas also looks nice. We haven't faced any major issues so far, and the solid waste management system seems to be working well. It feels like a secure and well-planned neighbourhood for starting our family life.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Kuberan Nagar in Kanchipuram. I liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 security, which feels safe. The developer, Thiru D Ramesh, has ensured essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and solid waste management are in place. It's very convenient that SVM School is a short distance and the hospital is a short distance the site. The plots are ready to move in, which simplified things for me as a fit-time buyer. I am looking forward to building my fit home here. The landscaping and tree planting make the common areas look good. The provision for power backup is also a relief. The storm water drains and sewage treatment plant show good planning for the infrastructure. I feel this is a solid start for my real estate journey.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down in Kanchipuram. Kuberan Nagar by Thiru D Ramesh offered residential plots which is exactly what I was looking for. The essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and sewage treatment plant are in place, which is important for long-term living. The availability of power backup is also a good feature. While the project itself is good, the approach road to the main gate could be better maintained; it gets a bit dusty during dry weather and can be muddy after rains. However, the overall security of the gated community is reassuring. I am still in the process of planning my construction, but the readiness of the plots is convenient. The rainwater harvesting system is also a responsible addition by the developer.

I purchased a plot at Kuberan Nagar in Kanchipuram. The developer, Thiru D Ramesh, has provided good basic facilities like storm water drains and a solid waste management system. The 24x7 security is a definite advantage for a gated community. My main concern is the traffic on the main road leading to the project, especially during peak houIt can be quite congested sometimes. However, the proximity to SVM School (2 mins) and Sri Ne Medical Foundation (3 mins) is very convenient for daily needs. The presence of landscaping and tree planting adds a nice touch to the common areas. Power backup is also available which is good. The plots are ready to move in, making the process straightforward.

My only minor niggle is that the area is still developing, so some internal roads within the project could use a bit more finishing. Overall, it's a well-equipped and secure place to build a home, and the proximity to essential services is a major draw. The landscaping is also quite pleasant.
