    We were looking for a plot in Kanchipuram and found Kuberan Nagar. The main reason we liked it was the gated community aspect and the 24x7 security which gives us peace of mind. Also, the 24x7 water supply is a big plus for us. Thiru D Ramesh seems to have put good thought into the basic infrastructure. The location is quite convenient, with SVM School a short distance and Sri Ne Medical Foundation a short distance the entrance. We are planning to build our dream home here soon. The landscaping and tree planting around the common areas also looks nice. We haven't faced any major issues so far, and the solid waste management system seems to be working well. It feels like a secure and well-planned neighbourhood for starting our family life.

The essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and sewage treatment plant are in place, which is important for long-term living. The availability of power backup is also a good feature. While the project itself is good, the approach road to the main gate could be better maintained; it gets a bit dusty during dry weather and can be muddy after rains. However, the overall security of the gated community is reassuring. I am still in the process of planning my construction, but the readiness of the plots is convenient. The rainwater harvesting system is also a responsible addition by the developer.
