The 3 BHK flat is quite spacious at 1200 square feet, giving everyone their own space. Having a lift is essential for us, and the power backup ensures we are never without electricity. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. The area is developing, and while it's good, the traffic on the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass can get heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. The price of 76.0 Lakh onwards was within our budget.
