    This is my fit property purchase, and I bought a 3 BHK at SSD Heights Premium. The apartment size is about 1850 square feet, which feels really big. I got it for 60 Lakh. The location in Kuber Nagar, Ahmedabad, is okay, close to schools and hospitals, which is what I needed. The developer, SSD Develope, has made it ready to move in since June 2022. The building has a lift, which is essential. My main concern is the parking situation. It seems a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle or multiple caIt's something I'll have to manage. But for my fit home, it feels like a solid choice.
