We were looking for a family home and Rashmi Antelia caught our eye. The biggest draw was The South International School being nearby, making school runs incredibly easy. We chose a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1342 Sq.ft. The children's play area is well-equipped, and the landscaping is nice. Having 24x7 water supply is essential for a family. The project is ready to move, which was convenient. The only minor drawback is the dust from the nearby developing areas, but that's common in growing localities. Overall, a good choice for families.

Finally got my fit flat! We chose a 2 BHK in Rashmi Antelia. It's ready to move which was a big plus for us. The carpet area is 1229 Sq.ft, which felt quite good for a fit home. My husband liked the idea of the gym and the badminton court. We visited the site a few times and the construction looked solid. The location in North East, Chiloda is developing. Getting here is easy from the highway. The main road access could be a little better, there's a small lane for about 200 metebefore you reach the complex. But overall, we are happy with the purchase.
