We just moved into our 3 BHK at SS Swapnaneer last month. The flat size is good, around 1120 square feet built up, which gives us plenty of space. It’s ready to move in, so that saved us a lot of waiting time. The location near EM Bypass is super convenient for my commute to the IT park, takes me about 20 minutes. Having Kavi Subhash Metro nearby is also a big plus for weekend trips. The price was around 44.8 Lakh onwards, which felt reasonable for the area and size. Amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup are working fine. The only thing is the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it’s manageable.

The location in Baishnabghata Patuli Township is peaceful, and it's great that it's close to Garia Station Road and EM Bypass. This makes it easy to travel to different parts of the city. We bought a 3 BHK flat which is 1120 square feet built up. The price of 44.8 Lakh onwards was acceptable for us. SS Construction has provided basic amenities like lifts and 24x7 water supply, which are essential. The flat is ready to move, which was a priority. A minor concern is the parking space; it could be a bit tighter than expected, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But for the price and location, it’s a good deal.
