The location in Pancha Sayar is quite good for us IT professionals, with EM Bypass a short distance for easy commuting. Kavi Subhash Metro Station is also very close. We liked the Vastu compliant design and the rain water harvesting system. The project is ready to move, which is a big plus. However, the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, which is a minor concern. Overall, the amenities provided by Eden Group like car parking and intercom are sufficient for our needs.
