We were looking for a ready-to-move flat and found S. S. & SONS Noor Arcade. We purchased a 3 BHK which is about 1250 sq.ft. The budget was around 43 Lakhs. Its location in Shaikpet, close to the Old Mumbai Highway Road, is very convenient. We also liked that the International School Shaikpet is just a short drive away, which is great for our children. The building is right next to Dmart, making grocery shopping extremely easy. The construction quality looks decent for the price. It’s a good value for money.
