We finally moved into our 3 BHK flat in SS New Project last month. It is ready to move in, which was a huge plus for us. The community hall is quite nice and we have already attended a small get-together there. The area is peaceful and the flower gardens are well-maintained. It’s good that they have 24x7 CCTV surveillance in place. The location is convenient too, with NH-12 and EM Bypass not too far for weekend trips. The only drawback is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Otherwise, the SS Construction team seems to have delivered a good product. The size of the flat is 1154 Sq.ft built up, which is spacious enough for us.

It is good that they have a swimming pool and a gymnasium within the gated community. Having power backup is essential, and they provide that. The nearby Ram Krishna Mission is a point of interest for us. The built-up area is 1154 Sq.ft. A slight concern is the parking space; it might feel a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles.
