    SS Estonia in Deccan Gymkhana was a good find. It's a well-located property by SS Properties. I opted for a 3 BHK apartment, which has a carpet area of about 1203 square feet. The project is ready to move, and the completion date was September 2020. The price was around 1.95 crore, which is competitive for this established neighborhood. Having Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School nearby at nearby is very convenient. The main issue we found is the traffic around Deccan Gymkhana, especially during peak hou, it can get quite congested making access a bit difficult sometimes.
