We were looking for something close to work and Shree Aureate in Erandwane looked promising. The 2 BHK flats have a decent carpet area, starting from 1060 sq.ft which felt spacious enough for us. It's under construction and expected to be ready by December 2027. The location is quite convenient, especially with Symbiosis school nearby, though the traffic on Kate Wasti road can get pretty bad during peak houWe also liked that they have 24x7 water supply planned. Overall, it seems like a good option for us, but we are a bit concerned about the construction timeline and potential delays. Need to think about the budget too, though prices weren't listed.
