The location is decent, with easy access to Old Mumbai Highway which is nearby. We liked the idea of no common walls for enhanced privacy, a big change from our current apartment. The Olympic-sized swimming pool and gymnasium are attractive amenities for us. The price for our unit was 1.3 Crore, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the quality seems good.
