I put down my booking for a 1 BHK at Srushti Gulmohar Residency a few weeks ago. The carpet area is 390 square feet, which feels just right for me. Being under construction, the price of 22.76 Lakh was what I could manage. Srushti Developementioned December 2025 for completion, which gives me enough time to save up more. I liked that they have solid waste management and disposal included as an amenity. The location in Junnar is quiet, which I prefer after a long day at work. Hopefully, the commute from Junnar to my office in Pune isn't too bad. I haven't seen much nearby though, so I will need to check that out.

We decided on a 2 BHK at Srushti Gulmohar Residency for our growing family. The 744 square feet carpet area is spacious enough for our two kids. The budget for this flat is around 43.42 Lakh, which is at the higher end of our expectations, but the builder, Srushti Develope, has a decent reputation.
